ASPS-71 Intelligent Pressure Switch is an intelligent pressure measurement & control product which integrates pressure measurement, display, output and control. This product is in full-electronic structure. The piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor is adopted in the front end. The output signal is processed by the amplifier with high precision and low temperature drift, and then sent into high precision A/D converter.

Through arithmetic processing by microprocessor, the output signal is displayed on site with 2-way switch quantity and 4～20mA analog quantity, accomplishing the measurement and control for the control system pressure. ASPT-11s- Submersible Level Transmitter measures static pressure of the liquid proportional to the level depth using high performance piezoresistive silicon chip as the measuring element. The result is converted to. standard current or voltage signal output through signal conditioning circuit, establishing the linear corresponding relation between the output signal and liquid depth to complete the measurement of the liquid depth.

BOARD MOUNT DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR

AS22-A Series is a prefect silicon pressure sensor module offering a ratiometric analog interface for reading differential pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temp. range. The AS22-A Series incorporates a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor chip and an interior signal-conditional Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC) in a SOP8 package with two air vents, which can be mounted directly on a standard PCB. AS60 is a surface mounting pressure sensor based on ACT Sensor silicon based piezoresistive pressure sensor die. The sensor die is bonded on a substrate with a plastic cap and packaged in a 6-pin SOP or DIP. The small size and high reliability of on-chip integration make this sensor a simple and economical choice for high volume application in a variety of industries. With standard SOP6 or DIP6 package, AS60 is easy for users to install by SMT or through hole board assembly. It is highly prohibited to choke the side of pressure diaphragm during actual application. Please consult us if a pressure medium other then air is to be used.
