NR8100

The NivoRadar® 8100 provides continuous level measurement of liquids under all process conditions. With its plastic horn antenna, this radar sensor also offers an economical solution. Thanks to its narrow beam angle of only 3°, the radar delivers highly precise measurement results up to 120 meters (394 tf). This makes the NivoRadar® 8100 the ideal choice for a wide range of applications in non-contact measurement technology at temperatures up to 80 °C (176 °F).

NR7

The non-contact 80 GHz FMCW radar sensor NivoRadar® NR 7200 with a narrow beam angle of 8° is used in various industrial applications in storage silos, process tanks, IBC containers or open basins for continuous level measurement. The free-radiating level transmitter has a compact design with a 1 ½" process connection (PVDF) and a measuring range of up to 20 m (65 ft) as well as a very fast response time. The radar sensors are food compliant, WHG-certified and suitable for use in hazardous areas. The radar level transmitters can be used in aggressive media such as acids, alkalis and solvents as well as in highly viscous liquids and oils.

Capanivo 8000

The capacitive level detector Capanivo® 8100 is used in storage and process vessels as a full, demand and empty detector in all liquids. Due to different probe versions, a suitable solution will be found for every installation setting. A robust construction allows service at process temperatures up to +125 °C (257 °F) and a process overpressure up to 25 bar (363 PSI).

Rotoniva 3000

The rotating paddle detector Rotonivo® RN 3004 is used in storage and process vessels as a full, demand and empty detector in all bulk materials. It can be configured for process temperatures up to +600 °C (1112 °F) and process overpressure up to 10 bar (145 PSI) and is mechanically very resilient. Buildup or a dust-intensive process environment does not in any way affect the accuracy of the measurement results of the level indicator. In addition, the sensor, which has been developed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines, meets increased hygiene requirements.

RFNivo 8000

The capacitive level detector RFnivo® RF 8200 is used in storage and process vessels as a full, demand and empty detector in all liquids from a DK value of 1.5. It can generally be used at process temperatures up to +400 °C (752 °F) and process overpressure up to 35 bar (508 PSI). Its "Active Shield" function ensures reliable functionality of the sensor against any buildup.

Vibronivo 4000

The vibrating fork Vibranivo® VN 4040 is used in storage and process vessels as a full and demand detector in many dry and free flowing bulk solids. The measuring probe will be available as a kit for flexible tube extension with cable length of 1500 mm and 4000 mm (59 and 157 IN). Thus, the customer himself defines the length of the probe by the length of the tube.
